Yoga, Fitness, and Wellness
Our initiative provides free yoga, meditation and fitness classes for the community. Mothers,
working students, and new residents are invited to participate in yogic practices as a creative and alternative approach to healing and spiritual well-being.
All classes are free to the public and aim to promote deep relaxation, relieve stress, and increase circulation in the joints. All equipment including yoga mats, music, essential oils and snacks are provided free of cost. The aim of these fitness and meditative practices is to help participants connect with their breath and heal through body movement.
